Vilnius, Lithuania. To say that the Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite has a problem with Russia and Russians would be the understatement of this century. In actions that constitute an act of war, the Lithuanian President has indicated she will block, impede and stop the Russian Federation’s ability to deliver gas to the European Union in connection with desires to “help” the Ukraine harm Russia economically.

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite, in light of Brussels’ preparations for negotiations with Moscow to deliver gas to the european union, has promised to help Ukraine block the initiatives to expand the NordStream gas pipeline.


The European Commission has sent a request to the Council of the European Union on Friday to request a mandate for negotiations with the Russian Federation on the key points of the NordStream 2 project’s operations related to future EU energy needs.
