Moscow’s Dorogomilovsky court continues a trial for establishing the fact of a coup d’etat in Ukraine in 2014.

“Article 39 of the Constitution states that citizens have the right to gather peacefully, without weapons, hold rallies, meetings, marches, demonstrations, notifying in advance the bodies of executive power or bodies of local self-governments. This law had been taken by the illegitimate government of Ukraine on February 21”, said ex-MP Oliynyk.

On December 16, the court interrogated the former high-ranking officials of Ukraine, who headed the presidential administration, the Prosecutor General, the Interior Ministry and the country’s security services. All of them believe that events in Kiev should be called as a state coup.
