On December 15, a court hearing on the case of recognition the fact of the state coup in Kiev in 2014, took place in Moscow.

“Everything that happened in Kiev couldn’t be called a “revolution of dignity”. It was a complete chaos and a state coup”, said ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Oliynyk.

 

The former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, member of the Ukrainian Rescue Committee Volodymyr Oliynyk appealed to the court according to the place of residence with a claim for recognition of February 2014 in Ukraine as the coup d’état. He insists on the fact that Viktor Yanukovych had been evicted out of his post with an illegal decision of Parliament as the stated reasoning doesn’t stipulate for the Constitution.
