Moscow is preparing to develop cooperation on Ukraine with the future US administration on the mutually acceptable conditions, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told TASS.
“Now we continue contacts with the current administration,” the diplomat said.
“We are also already preparing to develop cooperation on Ukraine on the mutually acceptable conditions with US President-Elect Donald Trump,” he said.
It is inadvisable now to hold bilateral contacts of Moscow and Washington on settling the Ukrainian crisis, Karasin added.
Now it inadvisable to speak about bilateral contacts of Russia and the US on Ukraine,” the diplomat said. “Now the work is underway at the level of assistants to the leaders of the Normandy format countries. This includes exchanging various projects and phone conversations,” he said.
