Russia’s Federal Security Service in Sevastopol has reported detention of suspected members of a sabotage group who allegedly plotted acts of sabotage in Crimea’s military facilities.




The detention occurred on November 9. “The members of sabotage and terrorist group of the main intelligence department of Ukraine’s defense ministry were apprehended who planned to carry out acts of sabotage at facilities of military infrastructure and utilities of the Crimean Peninsula,” told the FSB public relations center. 


The service claims that powerful explosive devices, weapons and rounds of ammunition, means of special communications and also maps of facilities to be targeted by the acts of sabotage were seized from the detained.
