Americans who have already cast their ballots for Hillary Clinton but now regret doing so following the latest revelations about her emails still have the chance to withdraw it and back the Republican nominee instead in four states, Donald Trump said at a rally in Wisconsin.

“An important public service announcement: This is a message for any democratic voters who have already cast their ballots for Hillary and are having a bad case of buyer’s remorse,” Trump stated on Tuesday.

Trump pointed out that Wisconsin was one of four states which permitted not only early voting but also gave their citizens the right to change their minds and recast their ballots for different candidates if they wanted to.

“Wisconsin is one several states where you can change your ballot. So if you live here or in Pennsylvania or Michigan or Minnesota you can change your vote to Donald Trump,” he said.

Opinion polls that generally previously showed Clinton leading trump have shown a sharp rise in support for him over the weekend since the announcement on Friday that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was reopening its probe into her email use while secretary of state.
