Kiev forces shelled Pervomaisk over the night, damaging residential houses, power transmission lines and gas pipe, said acting head of local administration Elena Komchedalova.
One house on Dinamo street was severely damaged, windows were shattered in other three. On Voronova street two houses and a garage were impacted, car damaged.
“It is winter and living without windows is problematic,” Komchedalova said.
“Today we finish repairs (on infrastructure), power line will be restored,” she assured.
Rescue teams said the gas pipe has already been reconstructed.
On 13 October Pervomaisk Mechanical Plant was badly damaged by Kiev strikes, also a residential house on Konnaya street was hit.
Over the last week Kiev forces has violated the ceasefire 19 times, firing over 120 rounds, one civilian suffered severe wounds, said People’s Militia Command chief Colonel Oleg Anaschenko.
