The militants from the terrorist organization “Islamic State” (ISIS, banned in Russia) are sending new instructions to recruited members on committing the terrorist acts on the territory of Russia. The new guidelines come from the light of experience gained during the unsuccessful attack on a police post near Moscow in August.

According to the police, in those instructions terrorists-trustees advice not to join gangs and not to buy firearms, but to use expedient means. At the same time the militants give specific instructions, such as what kind should be a knife, which color, where to hide it, as well as how to attack.

“Even in their “recommendations”, extremists are calling to attack from behind. At the same time recruiters are silent that the attacker unlikely will survive”, says the source.
