“From 18.00 till midnight the Ukrainian side conducted shelling of Trudovskie and Aleksandrovka villages, as well as territories of an airport and the industrial zone. 127 mortars of 82 and 120 mm had been fired on those areas, alone with eight artillery shells of 122 mm caliber”, said the DPR representative.

Gorlovka’s district also wasn’t spared: 15 mortar shells hit the village of Zaytsevo.

The Ukrainian army has also used APC’s, rocket-propelled grenades and small arms. Damages and the number of victims in these zones are still specified, but it’s already known about one dead to the south of Sakhanka.

The night before, 15 houses had been damaged during the shelling, causing the death of two persons. Yesterday, two DPR soldiers died and one was captured as a result of the rigged sabotage operation conducted by the Ukrainian army. It was covered by artillery and mortar fire from the Ukrainian army positions near the town of Shirokino, close to the front line.

The OSCE refused to register the fact of bombardment, thus going to complete violation of the mandate. “It is important to note that namely because of the OSCE mission’s inaction could have occured this accident. Representatives of the OSCE observation mission decided not to fix the facts of attacks on Leninsky and Sakhanka from Ukrainian side”, said the representative of the Republic’s Army.

The farther away, the more questions arise over what exactly the OSCE do. Especially if judged by its silence on the projecting to the front of new technologies and the emergence of foreign snipers.

The DPR intelligence reports about the presence of heavy grenade launchers and American snipers near Gorlovka.

“Our intelligence continues to identify AFU objects which would be destroyed in the case of offensive. So, near the village of Majorsk (1.5 km away from the line of contact) in the area of the bridge had been revealed six emplacements of 120-mm mortars. In addition, our intelligence identified the location of snipers, who arrived to the so-called “ATO zone” from the United States”, said the DPR deputy army commander Eduard Basurin.

Despite such clear violations from the Ukrainian side, the DPR army continues to adhere to the Minsk agreements. Thus, after the withdrawal of forces from Petrovsky, Donetsk EOD specialists began the clearance of zone in accordance with signed agreements.

However, the resumption of fighting seems inevitable on the background of discontent which is gaining strength in Ukraine and the growing tension between it and Poland (even if Warsaw is one of the most ardent defenders of Kiev) after the film “Volyn” directed by Wojciech Smarzowski.

The filmmaker wants to shine a spotlight on the massacre of Poles in Volyn, which have been conducted by the Ukrainian nationalists during World War II. The Ukrainian authorities would like to hide this episode, which shows the true face of “Ukrainian heroes” like Bandera and his hangers-collaborators.

The same situation was with Paul Moreira’s movie “Ukraine: Masks of the Revolution”. It caused an uproar in Ukraine, when the media literally broke free.

At that, the film demonstrates the historically proven facts and reminds that even though millions of Ukrainians fought against the Nazis in the Red Army, hundreds of thousands of local activists from the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army collaborated with Nazi forces during the occupation of Ukrainian and Polish territores.

Despite the mass murder of Jews, Gypsies, Soviet prisoners of war and Ukrainian anti-fascists, UIA nationalists conducted large-scale ethnic cleansing, which were directed against the Polish minority in the western Ukraine. According to historians, this genocide (recently officially recognized by Poland) took lives of 80 000 – 120 000 people, mostly women and children, from 1943 to 1945.

This episode is reminiscent of the current genocide in the Donbass, on which Western governments turned a blind eye, while waving the flag of the UN Humanitarian Aid and shouting about Syrian civilians in an effort to save the jihadists from Aleppo (if they have already invested in them so much strength …).

Once the two resolutions, the Russian and French have been rejected, the Western bloc confrontation with Russia and its allies is now seems inevitable. The only question is when and who will throw sparks on a powder keg?
