Donald Trump leads Hillary Clinton in the key swing state of Ohio, a new poll shows.
The Bloomberg Politics poll released Wednesday morning shows Trump leading the Democratic presidential nominee, 48 to 43 percent, among likely voters in the Buckeye State.
The poll follows a tough week for Clinton, during which she faced backlash for saying half of Trump’s supporters would fit into what she calls a “basket of deplorables.”
Concerns over Clinton’s health are also growing after a widespread video showed her stumbling as she left a 9/11 memorial ceremony Sunday.
The Bloomberg Politics poll was conducted between Sept. 9 and 12 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points. It included interviews with 802 likely Ohio voters.
A RealClearPolitics polling average shows a tight race in Ohio, with Clinton leading Trump, 44.3 to 44 percent.
