The power line explosions in Ukraine’s Kherson region, as a result of which more than 1.5 million residents of Crimea remain without power, may be described as a terrorist attack, Chairman of the People’s Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin told the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

“Here it is appropriate to say that this was a terrorist attack, because at least it causes inconveniences and, at the utmost, it poses a threat to the lives of a great number of people,” Pushilin said.

“Even if Kiev is not involved in this directly, the Ukrainian authorities should be fully liable for this,” he added.

Pushilin urged the international community to give an adequate assessment to these events.
