Army units on Saturday continued operations in a number of provinces, killing and injuring dozens of ISIS and Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists and obliterating their hideouts and weaponry.
Field sources told SANA that the army clashed with terrorist groups affiliated to the Islamic state (ISIS) in the surrounding of Mahin and Hawarin villages to the south-east side of central city of Homs.
The sources added that the clashes ended up with the killing of a number of terrorists and the elimination of their weaponry.
Meanwhile, several ISIS terrorists were killed in the army’s operations against their gatherings in al-Dwa and al-Shaer oil field in the western countryside of Tadmur.
In Homs northern countryside, the field sources affirmed that the army destroyed a command-center for terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra in the surroundings of Housh Haju village in Talbeisah region.
