Police sources have told that they have found a car that could have been used in preparation for Friday night’s attacks in Paris.
The Guardian’s Kim Willsher in Paris says the car is reported to have Belgian number plate.
“A black Clio, found in Albert Kahn Square in the 18th arrondissement, could have been used prior to the attacks,” the police source is reported as saying.
“This car was seen on the A1 motorway and could have been part of preliminary operations between Paris and Belgium.”
The area surrounding the square was cordoned off by police.
