The 44th humanitarian convoy of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations will arrive in the Donetsk People’s Republic on November 12, the head of the DPR reconstruction management center Vladislav Tomashevsky told the Donetsk News Agency.

 

“Another humanitarian convoy of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations will arrive in the republic on Thursday, November 12. The convoy will deliver 318 tonnes of canned meat, 220 tonnes of canned fish, 42 tonnes of preserved milk products, 24 tonnes of salt, 24 tonnes of buckwheat, 12 tonnes of rice, and 8 tonnes of semolina. Besides, we will receive about 14 tonnes of medicines handed over by the Russian Ministry of Health, and about 12 tonnes of food products handed over by the Moscow Power Engineering Institute,” – Vladislav Tomashevsky said.

 

On October 29, the 43rd Russian humanitarian convoy delivered about 730 tonnes of food products and medicines to the republic. Overall, Russia has delivered over 46,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Donbass since August 2014.
